Chiropractic & physical therapy services Two disciplines. One plan. A chiropractor and a physical therapist working side by side, so the joint that stopped moving and the strength that protects it get treated together.
Back & spine 4 Low back pain What it is
Ache or stiffness in the lumbar spine, often from a joint, disc or muscle that has stopped moving well.
How we approach it
Adjustments to restore joint motion, then core and hip strength work so the back tolerates load again.
Request an appointment → Sciatica What it is
Pain, tingling or numbness that travels from the low back or buttock down the leg, following an irritated nerve.
How we approach it
We find where the nerve is being irritated, take pressure off it, and add nerve glides and strengthening as symptoms settle.
Request an appointment → Disc irritation What it is
A bulging or irritated spinal disc that can cause back pain, leg pain, or both. Bending and sitting usually make it worse.
How we approach it
Decompression and low-force techniques to unload the disc, plus directional exercise you can repeat at home.
Request an appointment → Thoracic stiffness What it is
A locked-up mid back, common with long hours sitting. It often shows up as neck or shoulder trouble.
How we approach it
Mobilisation of the mid-back joints and ribs, paired with extension and rotation drills.
Request an appointment → Neck & headaches 4 Neck pain What it is
Stiffness or pain in the cervical spine, often tied to desk posture, sleep position or an old injury.
How we approach it
Gentle joint work and soft-tissue release, then deep neck and upper back strengthening.
Request an appointment → Whiplash What it is
A neck strain from a sudden acceleration, most often a car accident or a sports collision. Symptoms can appear days later.
How we approach it
Early, gentle mobility work, then graded strengthening as the tissue tolerates it.
Request an appointment → Tension headaches What it is
A band of pressure around the head, often driven by tight neck and shoulder muscles.
How we approach it
Trigger point and soft-tissue work on the muscles involved, plus posture and workstation changes.
Request an appointment → Cervicogenic headaches What it is
Headaches that start in the joints of the upper neck and refer pain to the head, usually on one side.
How we approach it
Treatment of the upper cervical joints and the deep neck muscles that support them.
Request an appointment → Shoulder, elbow & wrist 4 Rotator cuff What it is
Irritation or a tear in the group of muscles that steadies the shoulder. Reaching overhead and sleeping on that side tend to hurt.
How we approach it
Progressive cuff and shoulder blade strengthening, with manual work to restore range.
Request an appointment → Shoulder impingement What it is
A pinching pain at the top of the shoulder when the arm lifts, from crowding in the space above the rotator cuff.
How we approach it
Restore mid-back and shoulder blade movement, then rebuild cuff strength through the painful range.
Request an appointment → Tennis & golfer's elbow What it is
Tendon pain on the outside (tennis) or inside (golfer's) of the elbow, from repeated gripping or wrist loading.
How we approach it
Graded tendon loading, soft-tissue work on the forearm, and a look at grip, technique and workload.
Request an appointment → Wrist pain What it is
Pain from the wrist joints, tendons or the nerve passing through the carpal tunnel. Typing, lifting and racquet sports are common triggers.
How we approach it
Joint mobilisation, nerve and tendon glides, and strength work for the forearm and grip.
Request an appointment → Hip & knee 3 Hip impingement What it is
A pinch at the front of the hip with deep bending or twisting, from the way the ball and socket meet.
How we approach it
Hip mobility within a comfortable range, glute and core strengthening, and changes to the movements that provoke it.
Request an appointment → Patellofemoral pain What it is
Pain around or behind the kneecap, worse on stairs, squats and after long sitting.
How we approach it
Hip and quad strengthening and a graded return to stairs, squats and running.
Request an appointment → Runner's knee What it is
Knee pain that builds with mileage, usually from training load outpacing what the knee can handle.
How we approach it
Load management, hip and quad strength, and a running plan that brings your mileage back up.
Request an appointment → Foot & ankle 3 Achilles tendinopathy What it is
Pain and morning stiffness in the tendon at the back of the ankle, common in runners and court athletes.
How we approach it
A progressive calf loading program, with activity adjusted rather than stopped.
Request an appointment → Ankle sprain What it is
Stretched or torn ligaments from rolling the ankle. Without rehab the ankle can stay weak and unsteady.
How we approach it
Early work on range and swelling, then balance and strength before a return to sport.
Request an appointment → Plantar heel pain What it is
Sharp pain under the heel, worst with the first steps in the morning. Often called plantar fasciitis.
How we approach it
Calf and foot loading, soft-tissue work, and footwear and activity advice.
Request an appointment → Sport, surgery & life stages 4 Sports injury What it is
Strains, sprains and overuse injuries from training and competition.
How we approach it
Treat the injury, then rebuild the capacity your sport demands, with a staged return to play.
Request an appointment → Post-surgical recovery What it is
Rehabilitation after orthopedic surgery such as a joint replacement, ACL reconstruction or rotator cuff repair.
How we approach it
Physical therapy that follows your surgeon's protocol, rebuilding range, strength and confidence in stages.
Request an appointment → Prenatal pelvic pain What it is
Low back, pelvic or hip pain during pregnancy as load and ligaments change.
How we approach it
Gentle, pregnancy-appropriate techniques and positioning, with exercise to support the pelvis.
Request an appointment → Pediatric care What it is
Growing bodies get sports injuries, posture-related pain and growth-related aches too.
How we approach it
Age-appropriate, low-force care and exercise, with parents involved in the plan.
Request an appointment → Anything else Not on the list? These are the problems we see most often, not everything we treat. If it involves a joint, muscle or nerve and it limits how you move, call and ask. If it isn't something we treat, we'll say so.
