Chiropractic & rehab techniquesHow
we treat.
Everybody's body responds differently. We keep a wide set of tools so the treatment fits the person, not the other way around.
Techniques
The techniques we use
Manual and instrument options for the joint, soft-tissue work for the muscle, and the exercise and advice that make the result last.
Diversified manipulation
The classic hands-on adjustment: a precise, controlled thrust to restore motion in a restricted joint.
Activator® / ArthroStim®
Instrument-assisted adjusting. Low force, high precision, and a good fit for patients who prefer no manual thrust.
Drop table technique
A segmented table that drops with the adjustment, reducing the force needed to move the joint.
Trigger point therapy
Sustained pressure on taut, tender bands of muscle to release spasm and restore length.
Active Release
Soft-tissue work applied through movement, to free adhesions between muscle, fascia and nerve.
Spinal decompression
Mechanical traction that unloads the disc and reduces pressure on an irritated nerve root.
Joint bracing & taping
External support during the phase where the joint needs help holding position under load.
Corrective exercise
The part that makes it last. Graded, progressive loading you run between visits and after discharge.
Lifestyle advice
Sleep, desk setup, training load and nutrition: the inputs that decide whether the fix holds.
Feedback
“Incredibly skillful in pinpointing and relieving pain. I appreciate her willingness to adjust intensity based on your feedback.”
